FRANCE GEOTHERMIE provides personal follow-up of your geothermal heating and/or cooling project from your initial enquiry to your maintenance contract. Whatever your project may be we meet your requirements in 8 stages, with the aim of providing you with quality service based on responsiveness, proximity, expert advice and know-how.

 « Your project »
You will meet one of our sales consultants, who will undertake an analysis of your requirements and expectations, and present France Géothermie's solutions.

 « Our offer »
Your sales consultant meets you again to present the most appropriate solution for your residence, based on the plans you provided.

 « Technical survey »
After the contract has been signed, the FRANCE GEOTHERMIE engineering department carries out a complete survey comprising an installation study (collectors, under-floor heating or radiators, generator installation), a thermal survey, a hydraulic survey, a layout plan and the necessary reservations of the site manager.

 « Coordination »
Our technical department makes contact with your works foreman and establishes the schedule for the work required.

 « Manufacture »
The FRANCE GEOTHERMIE dealer orders your generator. It is manufactured at the Villard Bonnot production site in the Isère region (French Alps).

« Installation »
The exterior collectors and the internal heat sources (radiator, under-floor heating, fan-convectors) are installed by our technicians in coordination with the progress of construction of your house (levelling, masonry, electricity connection etc).

 « Start-up »
The heat pump is installed and the internal and external circuits are connected by a specialist refrigeration engineer. The start-up is carried out in your presence, and you are given the user manual for your system.

 « Maintenance »
A FRANCE GEOTHERMIE technician carries out a technical check during annual servicing under your maintenance contract.
